Healing
These guys have re-inspired me now I sing the Ho’oponopono words to myself; while working, cleaning, gardening, etc. Just saying the words turned out to be … well, I forgot to continue soon after reading Joe Vitale’s book about it; even though I was completely convinced of the healing power and inherent intention therein. So now I sing them!
The Ho’oponopono words are:

I am sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank You.
